Here's a little tidbit of information regarding CTA: It stands for Cushing Terrell Associates. Who are Cushing and Terrell? Well in 1938, after a summer day of fishing on a stretch of the Boulder River, Ralph Cushing and Everett Terrell made a decision to join forces. Cushing, a structural engineer, and Terrell, an architect, began CTA in Billings that year. Today, there are CTA offices stretching from Washington to Louisiana.
