Visit Billings is now accepting nominations for the TOAST to Billings Hospitality Awards: A Tribute to Outstanding Achievement in Service & Tourism. These awards recognize the people and organizations who create standout visitor experiences and help make Billings welcoming, memorable, and visitor-ready every day.
Award categories
Winners will be honored at the TOAST to Billings Hospitality Awards Luncheon on May 6 (11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.) at The Pub Station Ballroom.
- Attraction of the Year (Organization) – This award recognizes an attraction that consistently delivers an outstanding visitor experience and showcases what’s special about Billings.
- Event of the Year (Organization) – This award honors an event that creates a memorable experience, strengthens community pride, and draws visitors to Billings.
- Heart of Hospitality Award (Individual – frontline guest-facing excellence) – This award celebrates a frontline professional who sets the standard for service—showing warmth, professionalism, and a true “above and beyond” spirit.
- Pride in Place Award (Individual – custodial/cleanliness & behind-the-scenes excellence) – This award recognizes someone whose behind-the-scenes excellence keeps spaces spotless, safe, and welcoming—because guest experience starts with pride in every detail.
How to nominate
Submit your nomination online by sharing a few details and examples of why your nominee elevates the visitor experience in Billings. Self-nominations are not allowed. Multiple nominations are welcome.
