Something that was originally talked about would be a whitewater park by Coulson Park. This could be a real draw for the community and an enhancement for the riverfront area to beautify the park area and also the trail system.

The airport desperately needs a parking garage which would ultimately pay for itself. The parking area is constantly full. The weather is severe in the winter and older folks have to walk from the parking area in the elements. What a nice addition it would be for Billings.

CHILDREN'S MUSEUM! Billings really needs something like this. It could cater to kids on all levels, and be designed to function as a partner entity for the school system. Student run programs, after school activities, summer camps, etc. The children in Billings deserve something incredible like this. Perhaps located near ZooMontana?

The Chamber should have logo/graphic enhanced vehicles for staff. Since many of the staff drive all over town regularly, it would be excellent brand recognition/exposure. It would also look professional and intriguing.

Hello, Thank you for the opportunity to voice my ideas! Yes, keep Billings with a Conservative spirit to move ahead with innovative ideas and economy. The downtown is alive and vibrant with all the oil and gas boom. This is a dynamic city, lets keep it that way and not let it go downhill by becoming too liberal, with liberal ideas.... so many people are moving out of Denver because of this. Also the homeless need to get to work and the beggars on the street corners harrassing people, visitors, and locals are not good for business. It looks bad to have people loitering around the downtown drunk on bus benches downtown, yes, I have personally seen all this. It makes people especially women feel unsafe and when you sy no, they get aggressive like you owe them something. There are people that are unable to help their homelessness and those people should be helped to get on their feet and find employment... but for the most part these people are freeloaders on our city and a safety concern. Thank you, Paula

Does the Billings Chamber have special marketing/recruiting efforts that are targeted specifically to women-owned businesses? If not, I would think this would be worthwhile.

Casinos ... could the city do a study to determine if the tax revenue generated from casinos far outweighs the burden they put on our community. Zoning that restricts new casinos to a certain area. Create a Casino Street ... like Fremont in Vegas, where all the casinos are. It could become a tourist destination.

A program similar to Leadership Billings - mini days on a topic. "Discover Billings" or "Trailhead Discovery." It could be a session of 4.5 days, every tues or Thursday in a month on a topic or 2 full days a couple weeks apart.

Why is it that Billings is served basically with one Grocery store chain...Albertsons. Other major cities have Rosaurs, Smith's, Town and Country, IGA,etc.. Would prefer not to have to go to big box stores to shop.
