The legislative delegation from Billings is terrible and hurts the business environment. They are so partisan that they only think of their party instead of what is best for Billings and Montana. We need some independant legislators. It's time to end the control of the Tea Party. We can't develop business without forward thinking people.

Billings should significantly expand its trail system. This would make Billings a much more attractive tourist destination. The River's Edge Trail is wonderful, but it needs to be connected with other trails and it needs a parking lot off of Mary Street. It would be wonderful to extend the trail farther along the Yellowstone. This is a real gem of a trail.

It is hard to attract young professionals to Billings and it is hard to keep them here. The things that help are the new baseball park, the new library, the Bair Theater, and the community support for our schools. What will help even more are: (1) more trails; (2) improved parks and more parks, especially smaller pocket parks; (3) other cultural centers like the YAM, the Bair, and BSO; (4) improved schools; and (5) maintaining a positive attitude that in Billings we can get it done.

Continue to develop trails and quality of life amenities, support strong schools and develop the work force including the trade industries. We have time to make the Rims our showpiece.

Billings needs a better sign code. The sign clutter on streets like Grand Avenue is terrible. The signs are too small and are nearly on top of each other. It is so nice to drive Shiloh Road with much better signs. Shiloh should be an example for the rest of Billings. What we did on Shiloh should apply to the rest of the City. The overlay zoning on Shiloh is a great success. We should adopt that code and apply it city-wide.

Hi! I heard on the radio a question of what we need in Billings...my two cents...we need a REALLY good multi use facility. One that would incorporate our hockey teams, figure skating clubs, a bunch of gyms for volleyball and basketball, I could go on and on! Look at the little city of Cody WY - they have one! Our family has been involved in hockey a long time, and have seen so many great multi use facilities - and it is so sad that a city of our greatness has nothing like that!! Visit with any travel basketball league and they will tell you there is no place to practice or host a tournament that is easy!

PLOW the neighborhood streets please!!! We live in MT, it snows every year.

There is a great need for a parking building at the airport. It took me a long time to find a parking place and when I did it was so far away from the terminal. When we have bad weather like this, that is a real problem. It took me twice as long to walk to the terminal through all of the snow and ice. It would be nice to have a parking structure, but it is also important for safety. I was very afraid that I was going to fall and be hurt on my long hike from the west side of the parking lot to the terminal. I really don't understand why we don't have a parking garage at the airport. More cars park at the airport everyday than anywhere else in the City. Let's get rid of the parking lot attendants and put in a fully automated parking structure.

Billings has too many Tea Party crazy legislators. A few bad apples are giving Billings a bad reputation. We need reasonable men and women who will work hard to do the right thing. I am so tired of the partisian politics. We need new legislators who are not so Tea Party bound.

Smoking should be prohibited on all City owned property and within 50 feet of the entrance to any City owned property. I park in one of the City parking garages. People gather to smoke near the elevator so that I have to walk through their cloud of smoke to get to the elevator. I shouldn't have to breath their crud to use an elevator that I helped pay for. I vote for NO SMOKING ON CITY PROPERTY--ABSOLUTELY NONE.
